And I'll send you either instructions on how to get it, or a link to an ftp
site where you can download. By the way it's in CHM format (the format
normally used for Microsoft OS help files), not PDF format. You will need to
open it on a windows based system, not a Mac.

There probably is software to convert CHM to PDF, but I'm not aware of it.

Sorry J,

A kind reader of this group has appealed to my "higher nature" to not go
distributing copyrighted material, and I have to agree.

It is hypocritical of me to on the one hand be one of the few people in
Thailand that actually buy the software they use (pirated software is
ubiquitously available here), but as a software developer, I feel strongly
about that issue ... then on the other hand if I go distributing somebody
else's copyrighted book ... well there I am hoist on my own petard.

As penance I am going to buy two copies on Amazon and give them to the
number one and two onco docs at the hospital where I was treated.
