EAT COCONUTS AND GREEN SMOOTHIES AND CUT OUT ALL SUGAR AND ALL PRODUCTS
CONTAINING SUGAR AND HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, AND INCLUDING FRUIT TO
CURE CANCER AND ALL OTHER "UNCURABLE" DISEASES, AND EXERCISE AS MUCH AS
REASONABLE.
Coconuts are a very healthy food that can eliminate degenerative
"uncurable" diseases like cancer. To prepare coconuts, first drain the
water in to a cup, then put them in a bag and drop them on the cement or
hit them with a hammer. Then with a dull knife (you can dull a $1 knife
from Walmart on the cement) peel the shell away. With good coconuts the
shell peels right off. With older coconuts it is harder. I recommend
then putting the coconut in the blender. Good white coconuts are an answer.
Blend lettuce and spinach and cilantro with the coconuts. You may also
blend canned corn. Cut out all products containing sugar or
high-fructose corn syrup. Exercise as much as reasonable as this
reduces blood sugar farther. Also try papaya leaf extract or papaya
seeds, but not papaya fruit as that is filled with sugar.
Do this for 3 days to 3 weeks and you should be cured. If it does not
start to work within 3 weeks try something else, but it is still a good
diet. When and if you go back to sugar your problem may come back, but
depending on how health you've made yourself, and how much sugar you eat
it may not come back or may take a long time.
Fruit has tons of sugar and they don't tell you that. They also don't
tell you it's acidic and bad for your teeth as well, worse than some
candy really. True it is better for your body than refined sugar, but
it is nearly as bad, and true, fruit has bioflavanoids and antioxidants
and phytonutrients, which are good for your body, but the sugar in it is
still bad when eaten in excess. Cut out all fruit to reduce your blood
sugar and cure cancer.
Hippocrates the father of western medicine said: "Let food be your
medicine, and medicine be your food."
I also recommend corn grits, and sweet potatoes. But I don't think
they'll heal you, they're just healthy complex carbohydrates.
And blending up tomatoes is great too as they're much easier to digest
that way.
And while I'm on the topic of health, if you ever get constipated, try
drinking 1-2 32oz Lifeway Kefirs, or eating blueberries.
